THE STORY
For hair that has got Moxie, says the film. We took that as a brief.
Every scene asked for a different finished look: sculpted finger waves with gold lettering laid along the parting, wet-look slick on the docks, soft colour under pool-hall lamps. The hair carries the story from one world to the next.
Shot in real locations in real heat. Each style had to survive the day and still look drawn on with a ruler.
